Allahabad High Court Grants Bail To Husband In Wife's Murder Case

The Allahabad High Court has granted bail to Vipin Bhati, the husband of Nikki Bhati, who died of severe burn injuries in August 2025. The court, presided over by Justice Sameer Jain, allowed the bail application without commenting on the case's merits. Vipin Bhati had been imprisoned since August 2025. Nikki's family had accused Vipin's family of dowry demand, harassment, and assault. Police arrested Vipin and his family members on charges including murder. The defense argued Nikki's injuries were accidental, questioning the reliability of their son's statement.

इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने अगस्त 2025 में गंभीर रूप से जलने से मरने वाली निक्की भाटी के पति विपिन भाटी को जमानत दे दी है। जस्टिस समीर जैन की अदालत ने मामले के गुणों पर कोई टिप्पणी किए बिना जमानत अर्जी मंजूर कर ली। विपिन भाटी अगस्त 2025 से जेल में थे। निक्की के परिवार ने विपिन के परिवार पर दहेज की मांग, उत्पीड़न और मारपीट का आरोप लगाया था। पुलिस ने हत्या सहित विभिन्न आरोपों में विपिन और उसके परिवार के सदस्यों को गिरफ्तार किया था। बचाव पक्ष ने तर्क दिया कि निक्की की चोटें दुर्घटना से लगी थीं और उन्होंने अपने बेटे के बयान की विश्वसनीयता पर सवाल उठाया।
