He spoke about the significant transformation in Uttar Pradesh's image and its development trajectory. The Chief Minister recalled a time when people doubted the state's potential for improvement, and its residents faced identity crises and discrimination. UP's youth, daughters, and traders struggled for recognition, while residents outside the state faced difficulties securing accommodation or transport. Senior minister Suresh Kumar Khanna was also present.

उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने बरेली में एक विशाल जनसमूह के बीच 68,000 ग्राम प्रहरियों को सम्मानित किया। उन्होंने उत्तर प्रदेश की छवि और इसके विकास पथ में आए महत्वपूर्ण परिवर्तन के बारे में बात की। मुख्यमंत्री ने उस समय को याद किया जब लोगों को राज्य की सुधार की क्षमता पर संदेह था, और इसके निवासियों को पहचान के संकट और भेदभाव का सामना करना पड़ता था। यूपी के युवाओं, बेटियों और व्यापारियों को पहचान के लिए संघर्ष करना पड़ा, जबकि राज्य के बाहर के निवासियों को आवास या परिवहन सुरक्षित करने में कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ा। वरिष्ठ मंत्री सुरेश कुमार खन्ना भी मौजूद थे।
