IMD has issued an alert for 15 states, predicting rain, thunderstorms, and gusty winds. Several regions, including Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Delhi, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh, are expected to experience these weather conditions. Some areas may see wind speeds reaching up to 60 kilometers per hour, while southern parts of India also face heavy rain warnings. This comes as the southwest monsoon continues its withdrawal from the country, though local weather systems will still cause precipitation.
