Telangana CJ Stresses Need for Coordinated Anti-Trafficking Efforts

Telangana High Court Chief Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh emphasized the need for all departments to work in tandem to combat human trafficking and bonded labour. A judicial colloquium in Secunderabad highlighted that rescue alone is insufficient, as survivors require sustained support to prevent re-exploitation. The event, organised by the Telangana State Judicial Academy with International Justice Mission, brought together 255 participants from various sectors. Discussions focused on the intergenerational nature of debt and the vulnerability of survivors post-rescue, stressing the importance of rehabilitation.

तेलंगाना हाई कोर्ट के चीफ जस्टिस अपारेश कुमार सिंह ने मानव तस्करी और बंधुआ मजदूरी से लड़ने के लिए सभी विभागों के तालमेल में काम करने की ज़रूरत पर ज़ोर दिया। सिकंदराबाद में एक न्यायिक संगोष्ठी में इस बात पर प्रकाश डाला गया कि केवल बचाना ही काफी नहीं है, क्योंकि पीड़ितों को दोबारा शोषण से बचाने के लिए लगातार सहारे की ज़रूरत होती है। तेलंगाना स्टेट जुडिशियल एकेडमी द्वारा इंटरनेशनल जस्टिस मिशन के साथ मिलकर आयोजित इस कार्यक्रम में विभिन्न क्षेत्रों के 255 प्रतिभागियों ने भाग लिया। चर्चाओं में कर्ज की पीढ़ी-दर-पीढ़ी चलने वाली प्रकृति और बचाए जाने के बाद पीड़ितों की भेद्यता पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया गया, जिसमें पुनर्वास के महत्व पर ज़ोर दिया गया।
