उत्तम टेरोन ने सिर्फ ₹800 और चार बच्चों के साथ एक गौशाला में 'परिजत एकेडमी' शुरू की थी। आज, असम के इस स्कूल ने दूर-दराज के गांवों के 2,000 से ज़्यादा ज़रूरतमंद बच्चों को पढ़ाया है। कई छात्र अपने सपने पूरे कर चुके हैं, कुछ पुलिस अधिकारी भी बने हैं। टेरोन की इस पहल से उन बच्चों को शिक्षा, हुनर और बेहतर भविष्य का रास्ता मिला है जिन्हें कभी मौके नहीं मिले।
