दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने नेताओं सौरव दास और आशुतोष रांका से जंतर मंतर की अनधिकृत यात्रा के बारे में सवाल पूछे। जस्टिस सुब्रमण्यम प्रसाद की अगुवाई वाली पीठ ने पूछा कि जब उनके पास अनुमति नहीं थी तो वे उस स्थल पर क्यों गए। अदालत ने चिंता जताई कि उनके बैरिकेड तोड़ने जैसे कार्यों से दूसरों को उकसाया जा सकता है। नेताओं ने जंतर मंतर की घटना से संबंधित अपनी न्यायिक हिरासत बढ़ाने के आदेश को चुनौती दी थी। अदालत ने यह भी सवाल किया कि क्या विशेष कार्यकारी मजिस्ट्रेट का आदेश पुनरीक्षण योग्य था।
