The Kerala High Court has issued a bailable arrest warrant against the home department secretary for failing to comply with a previous order. The court had directed the secretary to take urgent steps to attach money from a financial company's accounts in connection with fraud cases. Despite the order being issued six months ago, no action was taken. The secretary must now appear in court with a Rs 5.

केरल हाई कोर्ट ने गृह विभाग के सचिव के खिलाफ जमानती गिरफ्तारी वारंट जारी किया है। कोर्ट ने उन्हें एक वित्तीय कंपनी के खातों से धोखाधड़ी के मामलों में पैसा जब्त करने का आदेश दिया था। यह आदेश छह महीने पहले दिया गया था, लेकिन सचिव ने कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की। अब उन्हें 50,000 रुपये की जमानत के साथ कोर्ट में पेश होना होगा।
