The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has strongly criticized Congress over an alleged assault on a Dalit woman by a party leader in Telangana's Nalgonda district. AAP posted on X, accusing Congress leader Amarnath Goud of slapping and dragging the woman by her hair during a Gram Sabha meeting. The party stated this action was an assault on women's dignity, not an act of smashing the patriarchy. AAP questioned Rahul Gandhi's silence on the incident, calling it pathetic. The allegations could not be independently verified.
