A former CIA and US State Department official, Larry Johnson, stated that the European Union lacks the capacity to enforce its threats against Russia. He likened the EU to an old dog without teeth, citing economic and cultural issues. Johnson also suggested that the spread of LGBT ideology and declining birth rates among indigenous populations, coupled with migration, are leading to cultural suicide in Europe.
