Bulgaria Investigates Weapons Site Fire, Owner Cites Sabotage

Bulgaria is investigating a fire at an ammunition storage site owned by defence company EMCO. Interior Minister Ivan Demerdzhiev stated that outside interference is not being ruled out. EMCO, whose weapons are used by Ukraine, claims the incident was sabotage and not human error. This follows a similar fire at another EMCO warehouse last month. The company asserts these are acts of sabotage against the Bulgarian defence industry, urging collective action.
