बीआईएस ने विश्व मानक दिवस के उपलक्ष्य में मेरठ में स्टेकहोल्डर कॉन्क्लेव 2026 का आयोजन किया। इस कार्यक्रम में उद्योग, सरकार, परीक्षण प्रयोगशालाओं और शिक्षा जगत के लगभग 280 प्रतिनिधियों ने भाग लिया। कॉन्क्लेव का मुख्य उद्देश्य भारतीय मानकों के बारे में जागरूकता बढ़ाना, उपभोक्ता सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करना और उत्पाद की गुणवत्ता को बढ़ावा देना था। एक प्रमुख चर्चा मेरठ के खेल सामान उद्योग की प्रतिस्पर्धात्मकता को मानकों और नवाचार के माध्यम से बढ़ाने पर केंद्रित थी। इस कार्यक्रम का लक्ष्य औद्योगिक विकास के लिए उद्योग, शिक्षा और सरकारी निकायों के बीच सहयोग को मजबूत करना था।
