अरुणाचल प्रदेश की दिबांग घाटी में आई बाढ़ के छह हफ़्ते बाद, उत्तर प्रदेश के आजमगढ़ के रहने वाले आर्मी हवलदार उपेंद्र यादव का परिवार अब भी खबर का इंतज़ार कर रहा है। यादव तब से लापता हैं जब एक बादल फटने से भूस्खलन और बाढ़ आ गई थी, जिससे आर्मी के ठिकाने बह गए और पांच जवान लापता हो गए। बचाव दलों ने तीन शव बरामद किए हैं, लेकिन यादव और एक अन्य सैनिक का अभी तक पता नहीं चला है। उनका परिवार उनके बारे में पक्की जानकारी चाहता है और तलाशी अभियान जारी रखने की अपील कर रहा है, उम्मीद है कि वह सुरक्षित लौट आएंगे।
