Citizens openly confronted Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA) West City commissioner KV Rajendra on Wednesday regarding the dilapidated condition of Kanteerava Studio Road. The confrontation occurred during a road inspection, days after a large crater formed on the damaged stretch due to heavy rain. A commuter questioned the commissioner about pending repairs, leading to a heated exchange. Rajendra acknowledged the public's frustration but criticized their behaviour, promising action against an assistant executive engineer and stating that repairs would commence within two days, weather permitting.

बृहत्तर बेंगलुरु अथॉरिटी (GBA) वेस्ट सिटी कमिश्नर के.वी. राजेंद्र को बुधवार को नागरिकों ने कंतिरवा स्टूडियो रोड की जर्जर हालत को लेकर सीधे घेर लिया। यह टकराव सड़क निरीक्षण के दौरान हुआ, जो भारी बारिश के कारण क्षतिग्रस्त सड़क पर एक बड़ा गड्ढा बनने के कुछ दिनों बाद हुआ। एक यात्री ने कमिश्नर से लंबित मरम्मत के बारे में सवाल किया, जिससे तीखी नोकझोंक हुई। राजेंद्र ने जनता की हताशा को स्वीकार किया लेकिन उनके व्यवहार की आलोचना की, एक सहायक कार्यकारी अभियंता के खिलाफ कार्रवाई का वादा किया और कहा कि मौसम की अनुमति के अनुसार दो दिनों के भीतर मरम्मत शुरू हो जाएगी।
