Smaller Parties Lead MP Attendance In Budget Session

A study reveals that smaller political parties had the highest average Member of Parliament attendance during the recent budget session. RLP and RLD achieved perfect attendance, with MPs present for all thirty-one sittings. In contrast, larger parties like BJP and Congress recorded lower average attendance. Regional parties also showed strong parliamentary attendance in the Rajya Sabha, highlighting varied participation across different political groups.

हालिया बजट सत्र में छोटे राजनीतिक दलों के सांसदों की हाजिरी सबसे अच्छी रही। आरएलपी और आरएलडी के सांसद पूरे इकतीस दिन सत्र में मौजूद रहे, यानी सौ फीसदी हाजिरी। वहीं, बीजेपी और कांग्रेस जैसे बड़े दलों के सांसदों की औसत हाजिरी कम पाई गई। राज्यसभा में भी क्षेत्रीय दलों के सांसदों ने अच्छी उपस्थिति दर्ज कराई, जिससे पता चलता है कि अलग-अलग दलों की भागीदारी अलग-अलग रही।
