Curative Plea Filed in SC Citing Bias Allegations Against Justice Sharma

चीफ इलेक्शन कमिश्नर और इलेक्शन कमिश्नर्स की नियुक्ति कानून पर आए फैसले को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में चुनौती देने वाली एक क्यूरेटिव याचिका दायर की गई है। याचिका में जस्टिस सतीश चंद्र शर्मा के खिलाफ पक्षपात की उचित आशंका का हवाला दिया गया है, जिसमें कहा गया है कि उनके बेटे की मध्य प्रदेश हाई कोर्ट में EC के लिए पहले से स्टैंडिंग काउंसिल के तौर पर भूमिका एक हितों का टकराव पैदा करती है। याचिका में कहा गया है कि पक्षपात की झलक भी आदेश को रद्द करने के लिए पर्याप्त है।
