समाजवादी पार्टी के मुखिया अखिलेश यादव ने बैंकिंग सेक्टर को लेकर सरकार से 12 सवाल पूछे हैं। उन्होंने पूछा कि अगर बैंक मजबूत हैं तो उन्हें बेचा क्यों जा रहा है, और गरीब नागरिकों के खातों से पैसे क्यों काटे जा रहे हैं। यादव ने बार-बार KYC की मांग, लोन डिफॉल्टरों को पकड़ने में विफलता, और ग्रामीण बैंक शाखाओं और एटीएम के बंद होने पर भी चिंता जताई। उन्होंने किसानों और छोटे व्यवसायों के लिए लोन की सुलभता, साइबर धोखाधड़ी पीड़ितों के लिए देरी से रिफंड, और होम और एजुकेशन लोन पर उच्च ब्याज दरों के मुद्दों को भी उजागर किया।
