Chinese blue-chip stocks continued their downward trend, marking a 12th consecutive weekly decline due to a global selloff in artificial intelligence-related shares. The CSI300 Index fell to a one-year low, heading for its largest monthly drop since July. Technology stocks bore the brunt of the selling pressure, mirroring losses on Wall Street and other Asian markets. Despite this, Hong Kong-listed technology and internet companies saw a rebound, helping the Hang Seng Index advance.
