सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने देशभर में चल रहे कमर्शियल केसों और कमर्शियल कोर्ट्स के इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर की ताज़ा जानकारी मांगी है। इसका मकसद बढ़ते केसों को संभालने के लिए और ज़्यादा कोर्ट्स खोलना है। राज्यों और हाई कोर्ट्स को नोटिस भेजा गया है, कुछ ने रिपोर्ट भी दे दी है। कोर्ट को केसों की पेंडेंसी और इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर का टेबल फॉर्मेट में डेटा चाहिए, साथ ही भविष्य की ज़रूरतों का अंदाज़ा भी, ताकि नए कमर्शियल कोर्ट्स खोलने में मदद मिल सके।
