असम पुलिस ने धोखाधड़ी, उगाही और पहचान छिपाकर ठगी करने वालों के खिलाफ बड़ी कार्रवाई करते हुए 330 लोगों को हिरासत में लिया है। पुलिस या सरकारी अधिकारी बनकर लोगों को ठगने वाले स्कैमर्स पर खुफिया जानकारी जुटाई जा रही थी। ये अपराधी लोगों को धमकी देकर पैसे ऐंठते थे। इस कार्रवाई का मकसद ऐसी आपराधिक गतिविधियों पर लगाम लगाना और जनता को इन घोटालों से बचाना है।
