The property was previously pulled from sale following the devastating 2024 Smokehouse Creek Fire, which scorched over half its land. Extensive restoration efforts have since been completed, including rebuilding approximately 65 miles of fencing and resuming cattle operations. The ranch, which includes a 25% mineral stake, is being marketed by Icon Global and represents one of the largest ranches currently available in Texas.
