Russia Missile Strikes Cause Power Outages Across Half of Ukraine

Ukraine claims Russia launched missile attacks on energy infrastructure in multiple regions, including Kirovohrad, Zhytomyr, and Odesa. These strikes have disrupted power supply for numerous consumers. The Ukrainian state power company reported power outages in 12 regions. According to The Kyiv Independent, these attacks have left half of Ukraine without electricity. Industries will face power supply limitations to protect already damaged equipment, and hourly power cut schedules may be implemented in some areas.
