Food department officials in Alwar, Rajasthan, seized approximately 100 kilograms of suspected adulterated ghee from a shop in Kedalganj. The seized ghee was packaged to resemble products from Saras Dairy, featuring a Jaipur Dairy name and license number. This ghee was reportedly being sold to local villagers and traders for around ₹300 per kilogram. The shopkeeper had allegedly been operating this business for two years. Samples have been sent for quality testing, and further action will be taken based on the investigation report.

राजस्थान के अलवर में खाद्य विभाग के अधिकारियों ने केदलगंज की एक दुकान से करीब 100 किलोग्राम मिलावटी घी जब्त किया है। जब्त किए गए घी को सरस डेयरी के उत्पादों जैसा दिखने के लिए पैक किया गया था, जिस पर जयपुर डेयरी का नाम और लाइसेंस नंबर था। यह घी कथित तौर पर स्थानीय ग्रामीणों और व्यापारियों को लगभग ₹300 प्रति किलोग्राम की दर से बेचा जा रहा था। दुकानदार कथित तौर पर दो साल से यह कारोबार कर रहा था। गुणवत्ता परीक्षण के लिए नमूने भेजे गए हैं, और जांच रिपोर्ट के आधार पर आगे की कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
