Bihar Girl Assaulted, Police Arrest One Accused

A disturbing incident has emerged from Kishanganj, Bihar, where a young woman was allegedly assaulted by several youths. A video of the incident, reportedly several months old, recently went viral on social media, prompting swift police action. The Superintendent of Police, Santosh Kumar, formed a special investigation team to probe the matter. Based on the video evidence, five main accused were identified, and one 21-year-old, identified as Shahzad, has been arrested.
