Three individuals accused in the murder of Haryanvi singer Ankit Balyan have been declared proclaimed offenders by a court in Shamli for failing to surrender. Satyam Kadiyan, Aryan Sandhu, and Rahul alias Bholu Shahpuriya, each carrying a ₹1 lakh reward, are now facing potential attachment of their properties. Police are seeking court permission to seize their movable and immovable assets if they continue to evade arrest. A separate FIR has been registered against them for non-compliance with legal notices.
