Kadayanallur DMK MLA T M Rajendran and 5 Others Booked in Land Grabbing Case

Kadayanallur DMK MLA T M Rajendran and five others have been booked by the Tenkasi district crime branch for allegedly grabbing land belonging to a differently-abled person using forged documents. The case involves fraudulent registrations made between 2008 and 2019, where a 9.7-acre ancestral property was allegedly transferred without consent. The complainant claims the land was later converted into plots and sold to third parties. The MLA is also accused of encroaching upon portions of the land and including them in his property declarations.

कडयनल्लूर DMK MLA टी एम राजेंद्रन और पांच अन्य लोगों के खिलाफ़ तेनकासी जिला अपराध शाखा ने एक दिव्यांग व्यक्ति की ज़मीन कथित तौर पर जाली दस्तावेज़ों का इस्तेमाल करके हड़पने का मामला दर्ज किया है। इस मामले में 2008 से 2019 के बीच धोखाधड़ी से रजिस्ट्रेशन कराए गए थे, जिसमें कथित तौर पर 9.7 एकड़ पैतृक संपत्ति बिना सहमति के ट्रांसफर कर दी गई थी। शिकायतकर्ता का दावा है कि बाद में ज़मीन को प्लॉट में बदलकर तीसरे पक्षों को बेच दिया गया। MLA पर ज़मीन के कुछ हिस्सों पर कब्ज़ा करने और उन्हें अपनी संपत्ति घोषणाओं में शामिल करने का भी आरोप है।
