The Noida Police had initially registered a "Zero" First Information Report concerning the remarks. This development indicates a potential de-escalation of the situation, with authorities opting not to pursue charges against the juvenile involved in the incident.

दिल्ली पुलिस के सूत्रों का कहना है कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के खिलाफ आपत्तिजनक टिप्पणी करने वाले नाबालिग के खिलाफ कोई केस दर्ज नहीं होगा। पहले नोएडा पुलिस ने इस मामले में "जीरो" एफआईआर दर्ज की थी। यह दिखाता है कि मामला शांत हो रहा है और अधिकारी इस नाबालिग पर कोई आरोप नहीं लगाएंगे।
