He emphasized self-reliance and international cooperation amid evolving warfare, which now includes space, cyberspace, and the information domain. Modern conflicts increasingly involve drones, AI, and precision weapons. Singh highlighted India's focus on indigenous defence production, citing projects like the Tejas fighter and various helicopters, while also stressing the importance of collaboration with like-minded nations in defence technology and development.

रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह ने कहा कि भविष्य की सैन्य शक्ति प्लेटफॉर्म की संख्या से ज़्यादा निर्णय लेने की गति पर निर्भर करेगी। उन्होंने युद्ध के बदलते स्वरूप के बीच आत्मनिर्भरता और अंतरराष्ट्रीय सहयोग पर ज़ोर दिया, जिसमें अब अंतरिक्ष, साइबरस्पेस और सूचना डोमेन शामिल हैं। आधुनिक संघर्षों में ड्रोन, AI और सटीक हथियारों का इस्तेमाल बढ़ रहा है। सिंह ने तेज़स फाइटर और विभिन्न हेलीकॉप्टरों जैसे प्रोजेक्ट्स का हवाला देते हुए भारत के स्वदेशी रक्षा उत्पादन पर ध्यान केंद्रित करने की बात कही, साथ ही रक्षा प्रौद्योगिकी और विकास में समान विचारधारा वाले देशों के साथ सहयोग के महत्व पर भी ज़ोर दिया।
