Telangana Skeptical of AP CM's 'Give and Take' Approach for Bifurcation Issues

However, Telangana officials view this approach with scepticism, suspecting it as an attempt to bypass the AP Reorganisation Act, 2014. Telangana insists on resolving issues strictly according to the Act's provisions, particularly regarding the division of assets and institutions. Officials cite a past instance where AP's proposed debt apportionment method, deviating from the population ratio, would have burdened Telangana with an additional ₹1,449 crore.
