Shree Ambamaheshwari Seva Trust has proposed a simplified Karavali Utsav for 2026, citing the district's current situation. The trust suggested handing over festival responsibilities to selected organisations to reduce the government's burden, especially with potential drought conditions ahead. Trust president Seetharam A highlighted that government officials are already occupied with crucial duties like SIR and census work. He also noted that public funds allocated for the festival could be better utilized for development and welfare projects, given the need to address potential water scarcity.

श्री अम्बामाहेश्वरी सेवा ट्रस्ट ने जिले की मौजूदा स्थिति को देखते हुए 2026 के लिए करवली उत्सव के सरलीकृत आयोजन का प्रस्ताव दिया है। ट्रस्ट ने सरकार पर बोझ कम करने के लिए चुनिंदा संगठनों को उत्सव की जिम्मेदारियां सौंपने का सुझाव दिया, खासकर संभावित सूखे की स्थिति को देखते हुए। ट्रस्ट के अध्यक्ष सीताराम ए ने बताया कि सरकारी अधिकारी पहले से ही एसआईआर और जनगणना जैसे महत्वपूर्ण कामों में व्यस्त हैं। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि पानी की कमी की संभावित आवश्यकता को देखते हुए, उत्सव के लिए आवंटित सार्वजनिक धन का बेहतर उपयोग विकास और कल्याण परियोजनाओं के लिए किया जा सकता है।
