YouTuber Sued for Allegedly Inciting Bodyguard to Fight for Livestream Content

Content creator Jack Doherty is facing a lawsuit from Chase Cameron Gardella, who claims Doherty directed his bodyguard to assault him during a Halloween event in October 2023. Gardella alleges Doherty motivated bodyguard Justin 'Kane Kongg' Goslee to commit the assault for livestream content, citing a prior video of Goslee rendering a woman unconscious. Gardella is suing Doherty, his companies, Goslee, and Goslee's company for various charges including assault and battery. A default judgment is being sought against Goslee, while punitive damages are requested from both parties.
