10 Rescued From Waterlogged Noida Underpass After Car Stalls

Ten people, including four children, were rescued after their vehicle stalled in a waterlogged underpass in Noida's Sector 95 on Monday. The family from Bulandshahr was returning from a religious visit when their Renault Triber MPV became partially submerged. A rescue operation involving police and the fire department used a rope to pull the vehicle out. The waterlogging was attributed to debris blocking drainage, exacerbated by recent rainfall and changes in the area's gradient. The Noida Authority plans to install additional pumps to prevent future incidents.
