EPFO has launched a new WhatsApp service enabling members to check their PF balance, passbook, and recent transactions from home. However, shortly after its rollout, several users encountered problems. These issues included difficulties receiving One-Time Passwords (OTPs) and encountering error messages. Users have taken to social media platforms like X to voice their complaints and share their experiences with the new service.
