Solar Industries Arm to Acquire Sivasakthi Industrial Explosives for Rs115 Crore

Solar Industries India Ltd, through its subsidiary Solar Explochem Ltd, announced plans to acquire Sivasakthi Industrial Explosives Pvt Ltd for Rs115 crore. The subsidiary has signed a share buy agreement for 100% of Sivasakthi's equity, subject to mutual agreement on terms. Sivasakthi, incorporated in 2008, is involved in manufacturing and trading industrial explosives. Solar Industries stated business expansion as the objective for this acquisition, which is expected to be completed within a year without requiring governmental or regulatory approvals.

सोलर इंडस्ट्रीज इंडिया लिमिटेड ने अपनी सहायक कंपनी सोलर एक्सप्लोकेम लिमिटेड के ज़रिए शिवशक्ति इंडस्ट्रियल एक्सप्लोसिव्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड को 115 करोड़ रुपये में खरीदने की योजना का ऐलान किया है। सहायक कंपनी ने शिवशक्ति की 100% इक्विटी के लिए एक शेयर खरीद समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर किए हैं, जो शर्तों पर आपसी सहमति के अधीन है। शिवशक्ति, जो 2008 में शामिल हुई थी, इंडस्ट्रियल एक्सप्लोसिव्स के निर्माण और व्यापार में शामिल है। सोलर इंडस्ट्रीज ने इस अधिग्रहण का उद्देश्य कारोबार का विस्तार बताया है, जिसके एक साल के भीतर पूरा होने की उम्मीद है और इसके लिए किसी सरकारी या नियामक मंजूरी की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी।
