A 57-year-old retired teacher, M.N. Vijimol, was killed and her son Anuroop seriously injured when a speeding private bus collided with their two-wheeler near Thodupuzha in Idukki. The bus, named ‘Gurudevan’, reportedly lost control while overtaking another vehicle. Vijimol succumbed to her injuries on Tuesday morning after being admitted to a private hospital.
