After completing his B.Tech in 2018, Sudarshan Ravankole dedicated eight years to preparing for the UPSC Civil Services exam but did not achieve success. Facing skill gaps and career uncertainty, he decided to re-enter the job market. Despite initial difficulties and numerous rejections due to his long employment gap, he focused on acquiring new skills in technology and cloud computing. He learned independently using online resources and refined his CV to match job requirements, eventually securing a ₹17 lakh annual package.

में बी.टेक पूरा करने के बाद, सुदर्शन रावणकोले ने UPSC सिविल सर्विसेज परीक्षा की तैयारी में आठ साल लगाए लेकिन सफलता नहीं मिली। स्किल गैप और करियर की अनिश्चितता का सामना करते हुए, उन्होंने नौकरी बाजार में फिर से प्रवेश करने का फैसला किया। लंबे एम्प्लॉयमेंट गैप के कारण शुरुआती कठिनाइयों और कई रिजेक्शन के बावजूद, उन्होंने टेक्नोलॉजी और क्लाउड कंप्यूटिंग में नए स्किल्स हासिल करने पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया। उन्होंने ऑनलाइन रिसोर्सेज का उपयोग करके स्वतंत्र रूप से सीखा और जॉब की ज़रूरतों से मेल खाने के लिए अपना CV सुधारा, अंततः ₹17 लाख का सालाना पैकेज हासिल किया।
