Virupaksha Organics Completes Acquisition of Vivin Drugs Ahead of IPO

Virupaksha Organics Limited has successfully acquired Vivin Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Limited and Vivin Laboratories Private Limited through a National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) approved resolution process. The Hyderabad Bench of NCLT approved Virupaksha's ₹104-crore resolution plan. This acquisition, Virupaksha's third, aims to consolidate assets and operations, complementing its existing product portfolio with Vivin's active pharmaceutical ingredients. The company is preparing for an initial public offering (IPO) to raise funds.

विरुपक्ष ऑर्गेनिक्स लिमिटेड ने नेशनल कंपनी लॉ ट्रिब्यूनल (NCLT) की मंजूरी से विविन ड्रग्स एंड फार्मास्यूटिकल्स लिमिटेड और विविन लैबोरेटरीज प्राइवेट लिमिटेड का अधिग्रहण सफलतापूर्वक पूरा कर लिया है। NCLT की हैदराबाद बेंच ने विरुपक्ष की ₹104-करोड़ की समाधान योजना को मंजूरी दी। यह विरुपक्ष का तीसरा अधिग्रहण है, जिसका उद्देश्य संपत्तियों और संचालन को मजबूत करना है, साथ ही विविन के एक्टिव फार्मास्युटिकल इंग्रेडिएंट्स से अपने मौजूदा उत्पाद पोर्टफोलियो को पूरा करना है। कंपनी फंड जुटाने के लिए इनिशियल पब्लिक ऑफरिंग (IPO) की तैयारी कर रही है।
