Private equity firm TPG has further reduced its stake in logistics company Shadowfax, selling shares worth ₹114.8 crore through an open-market transaction. This marks the fourth such sale by TPG in the past three months, following previous deals worth ₹113.6 crore, ₹200 crore, and ₹300 crore. Investors are reportedly booking profits amid a significant surge in Shadowfax's share price, which has risen over 144% in the last six months.
