Labor Department Inspector General Anthony D’Esposito warned that more suspensions, arrests, and search warrants are imminent as part of the Trump administration's expanded enforcement efforts. The investigation specifically includes the H-1B program, examining allegations of fraudulent applications and recruitment practices. The agency urges both US and foreign workers to report suspected abuse and exploitation.

अमेरिकी श्रम विभाग विदेशी श्रमिकों से जुड़े धोखाधड़ी के मामलों पर शिकंजा कस रहा है। वीज़ा धोखाधड़ी, श्रमिकों के शोषण और मानव तस्करी के शक वाले ज़्यादा मामलों की जाँच हो रही है। श्रम विभाग के इंस्पेक्टर जनरल एंथनी डी'एस्पोसिटो ने कहा कि सस्पेंशन, गिरफ्तारियाँ और तलाशी वारंट जल्द ही जारी होंगे। यह कार्रवाई H-1B वीज़ा प्रोग्राम पर भी केंद्रित है, जिसमें फर्जी आवेदन और भर्ती प्रथाओं की जाँच की जा रही है।
