Bengal Transfers IPS Officer Over Arabic Greetings

West Bengal government has transferred IPS officer Bushara Bano from Kharagpur after right-wing groups objected to her using Arabic greetings like 'Assalamu Alaikum' and 'Inshallah' in a video. The Hindu Legal Fund filed a complaint, stating a serving officer should maintain neutrality and use national expressions. Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Moitra and Congress leader Imran Pratapgarhi criticized the transfer, calling it ridiculous and a result of hate and bigotry.
