The accused allegedly impersonated US government officials to collect payments, including cash and gold. Digital records indicate 927 approved collections totaling approximately ₹261 crore between July 2025 and September 2026. This brings the total number of arrests in the case to seven, with authorities continuing to trace further proceeds and examine assets estimated at ₹400 crore.
