Madras HC dismisses ex-minister's discharge plea

चेन्नई हाईकोर्ट ने पूर्व DMK मंत्री एम.आर.के. पन्नीरसेल्वम की भ्रष्टाचार के एक मामले में डिस्चार्ज याचिका खारिज कर दी है। यह मामला 2011 का है, जिसमें उन पर आय से ज़्यादा ₹3.01 करोड़ की संपत्ति जमा करने का आरोप है। कोर्ट ने कहा कि मंत्री और उनके परिवार के खिलाफ मुकदमा चलाने के लिए पर्याप्त सबूत हैं और निचली अदालत का पहले का आदेश गलत था।
