Bagmane REIT Declares Rs 527 Crore Distribution To Unitholders For September Quarter

Bagmane Prime Office REIT has announced a distribution of Rs 527 crore to its unitholders for the September quarter. The company reported leasing 1.2 million square feet during the second fiscal quarter, increasing its committed occupancy to 99 percent. Global Capability Centres accounted for 96 percent of this new leasing. The REIT also reported revenue from operations at Rs 765 crore and net operating income of Rs 684.4 crore for the quarter. This marks the first full quarterly results since the company's listing.

बैगमेन प्राइम ऑफिस आरईआईटी ने सितंबर तिमाही के लिए अपने यूनिटधारकों को 527 करोड़ रुपये के वितरण की घोषणा की है। कंपनी ने दूसरी वित्तीय तिमाही के दौरान 1.2 मिलियन वर्ग फुट पट्टे पर दिया, जिससे उसकी प्रतिबद्ध अधिभोग दर 99 प्रतिशत हो गई। ग्लोबल कैपेबिलिटी सेंटर्स ने इस नई लीजिंग का 96 प्रतिशत हिस्सा बनाया। आरईआईटी ने तिमाही के लिए 765 करोड़ रुपये के परिचालन राजस्व और 684.4 करोड़ रुपये की शुद्ध परिचालन आय की भी सूचना दी। यह कंपनी की लिस्टिंग के बाद पहली पूर्ण तिमाही के नतीजे हैं।
