The Parag Parikh Flexi Cap Fund has experienced a significant decline in new investments, with inflows dropping by 77% from approximately ₹3,950 crore in March to ₹900 crore by September. Fund managers attribute this decrease to the current market conditions, where investors are shifting funds towards mid-cap and small-cap funds that have recently shown strong returns. Despite the reduced inflows, the fund management has increased its market purchases, reducing its cash holdings from 18.94% to 9.77% to capitalize on attractive stock prices.
