Coastal areas in Jalisco, Michoacán, and Colima faced potential flooding and landslides from expected rainfall. Meanwhile, Greece experienced severe flooding due to heavy rain and thunderstorms across islands like Rhodes, resulting in one fatality and numerous rescue operations. Turkey also reported significant flooding in Istanbul, causing school closures, flight delays, and forcing thousands to evacuate.
