Steven Spielberg Pulls $29.9 Million LA Horse Ranch Off Market

Filmmaker Steven Spielberg has withdrawn his 2.8-acre Los Angeles horse ranch from the market after listing it for $29.9 million last month. Spielberg and his wife, Kate Capshaw, purchased the Sullivan Canyon property in 1999 for $5.75 million, intending to build a five-storey riding centre. However, resident objections led to the plans being scaled back. The property, known as Dogwood, features a 20,000-square-foot riding arena and a seven-bedroom main house.
