Ghaziabad Readies Action Plan For Nine Pollution Hotspots Before Winter

Ghaziabad district magistrate Ravindra Kumar Mandar has directed government agencies to prepare action plans to combat pollution from construction dust, open burning, and vehicle emissions before winter. Nine identified pollution hotspots will see measures implemented to curb these sources. Agencies are instructed to prepare individual plans under the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) and coordinate efforts for effective pollution control. Construction sites must implement dust prevention measures, roads will be cleaned, and open burning by security guards will be discouraged through provision of electric heaters.

गाजियाबाद के जिला मजिस्ट्रेट रविंद्र कुमार मंदार ने सरकारी एजेंसियों को सर्दियों से पहले निर्माण धूल, खुले में आग जलाने और वाहनों के उत्सर्जन से होने वाले प्रदूषण से निपटने के लिए एक्शन प्लान तैयार करने का निर्देश दिया है। पहचाने गए नौ प्रदूषण हॉटस्पॉट पर इन स्रोतों को नियंत्रित करने के उपाय लागू किए जाएंगे। एजेंसियों को ग्रैडेड रिस्पांस एक्शन प्लान (GRAP) के तहत अलग-अलग योजनाएं तैयार करने और प्रभावी प्रदूषण नियंत्रण के लिए प्रयासों का समन्वय करने का निर्देश दिया गया है। निर्माण स्थलों पर धूल रोकने के उपाय लागू करने होंगे, सड़कों की सफाई की जाएगी, और सुरक्षा गार्डों द्वारा खुले में आग जलाने को इलेक्ट्रिक हीटर उपलब्ध कराकर हतोत्साहित किया जाएगा।
