During a surprise inspection, he discovered that the hospital pharmacy was dispensing expired drugs, including vaccines, to patients. Officials found medicines worth lakhs of rupees past their use-by dates. The Upalokayukta expressed strong displeasure and demanded a comprehensive survey of all medicine stock, with a report to be submitted.
