Jaffna Kings Franchise Agreement Terminated By LPL

The Lanka Premier League (LPL) organisers have terminated the franchise agreement with the owners of the Jaffna Kings team. Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) and tournament rights holder IPG will now assume full financial and operational control of the franchise. This decision means direct management by the league's governing bodies, ensuring continuity and oversight for the team's operations within the LPL framework.

लंका प्रीमियर लीग (LPL) के आयोजकों ने जाफना किंग्स टीम के मालिकों के साथ फ्रेंचाइजी समझौता खत्म कर दिया है। अब श्रीलंका क्रिकेट (SLC) और टूर्नामेंट राइट्स होल्डर IPG इस फ्रेंचाइजी का पूरा वित्तीय और परिचालन नियंत्रण अपने हाथ में लेंगे। इस फैसले से लीग की गवर्निंग बॉडी सीधे टीम का प्रबंधन करेगी, जिससे LPL के ढांचे के भीतर टीम के संचालन में निरंतरता और निगरानी सुनिश्चित होगी।
