India's Light Utility Helicopter Enters Final Certification Stages

India's indigenously developed Light Utility Helicopter (LUH) has entered the final stages of certification and mission equipment integration. Officials stated that once cleared by CEMILAC, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited aims to deliver the first 12 limited series production LUHs to the Indian Army and Air Force in FY 2027-28. Enhancements are underway to boost performance, with ongoing flight trials focusing on autorotation and integrating an automatic flight control system.

भारत का स्वदेशी रूप से विकसित लाइट यूटिलिटी हेलीकॉप्टर (LUH) प्रमाणन और मिशन उपकरण एकीकरण के अंतिम चरणों में पहुँच गया है। अधिकारियों ने बताया कि CEMILAC से मंजूरी मिलने के बाद, हिंदुस्तान एयरोनॉटिक्स लिमिटेड का लक्ष्य वित्त वर्ष 2027-28 में भारतीय सेना और वायु सेना को पहले 12 लिमिटेड सीरीज प्रोडक्शन LUH की डिलीवरी करना है। प्रदर्शन को बढ़ावा देने के लिए सुधार किए जा रहे हैं, और चल रहे फ्लाइट ट्रायल ऑटोरोटेशन और ऑटोमैटिक फ्लाइट कंट्रोल सिस्टम के एकीकरण पर केंद्रित हैं।
