CRPF Personnel Dies From Gunshot Injury At Camp

CRPF personnel died on Sunday after sustaining a gunshot injury from his service rifle while on duty at a camp in Ranchi. The incident occurred at the CRPF camp in Tiril, under the Vidhan Sabha police station. The deceased, identified as Bhuvneshwar Pal from Palamu district, suffered a fatal neck wound and died on the spot. Police are investigating whether the injury was self-inflicted or accidental. The body has been sent for a post-mortem examination as further investigation continues.
